Ryan, a 17-year-old from the Gold Coast, is currently in Year 12.

His passion for motorsport ignited at the age of six when he began racing go-karts. Over the next nine years, he secured multiple State and Australian Kart Championship wins and podium finishes, establishing himself as a formidable competitor.

In 2023, Ryan transitioned to cars, testing a Formula 4 before earning a spot in the 2023 Ferrari Driver Academy Asia Pacific & Oceania. That same year, he competed in two Australian Formula Open rounds, racing Formula 4 and finishing on the podium in both events.

With an insatiable drive for success, Ryan stepped up to Formula 3 in 2024 with Tim Macrow Racing. His dominance in the Australian Formula Open saw him clinch the championship with four pole positions and victories in four of the seven rounds.

A standout performance at Queensland Raceway—where he won the Errol Gilmour Memorial Cup in Formula 3—caught the attention of our former Chief Engineer Rob Benson at HMO, who invited him to test a TCR. That late-2024 test led to a secured seat in the 2025 TCR season.

Before the TCR season kicked off, Ryan teamed up with Simon Hodges for a round of the NSW Production Touring Cars Double Enduro, claiming a race win in Enduro Race 2.

Looking ahead, Ryan aims to win his first TCR Championship in 2025 while successfully completing his Year 12 studies.
